<p>My son is having difficulty entering his roommate preference information because he keeps getting the message that he has an unsupported browser. He is using Safari. Any suggestions?</p>
<p>Find a friend that uses IE or Chrome or Firefox and borrow their computer for a few minutes. Or install Firefox.</p>
<p>I think you can only use Firefox or IE. It doesn’t work on Chrome either. </p>
<p>Interesting, my D had trouble and didn’t know why, that could explain it. She called and, I believe, they took her info over the phone and input it for her. All I know is she said she took care of it.</p>
<p>Thank you for your input. He installed Firefox and then got in. This discussion site has been fantastic for preparing me for my son’s journey at Tulane. I have learned so much from all of you who have posted and shared. </p>
<p>Excellent! That is what CC is for, to provide a place to find help and comfort with this uniquely fluxing time in people’s lives, both parents and children. Certainly don’t need little things like browser issues becoming an additional issue.</p>
