Hi everyone,
One of my instructors gave me a 0 on a major project, on accident, which brought my final grade from an A to a C. I've tried contacting her through the blackboard and I 've emailed her, stopped by her office hours but she is not available. She's gone for the summer. I'm sending my transcripts to UCLA soon, and I'm so worried about this mistake. What can I do now? I have no way of contacting her and it seems like the entire administration is on summer break. Please help.

Usually, the entire administration is not on break. When a professor of mine submitted a wrong grade, I contacted Admission and Records AND the Department Chair for their subject. I would also try to contact the Dean/President of the School, usually they are very responsive to e-mails.

I was ordering my transcript the other day, and I saw that you can input a wrong grade submission when ordering the transcript.

I would call UCLA and tell them of your situation and that the C will be changed to an A after your professor fixes it.
