Hi,
I am an international student and I have started with my PROFILE application. I have a doubt though. After submitting the application, will I be required to submit copies of the documents (Like Tax returns, bank deposits, etc) to the colleges or is submitting the application enough?

I would check the college website. Some ask for tax documents to be sent to the college, others to IDOC which seems to be connected to College Board.

Yes you will have to provide documentation supporting the data in profile. How you do so will depend on the school so you need to check with them. An international student also has to provide financial statements as part of the student visa application process.

Contact the colleges directly. This is usually easy to do by going to their website and then to the financial aid page – there’s almost always a Contact us link/button/email address.
Email them with your situation and they will be able to get back to you with the specifics that the college wants. It may be different for each school (if you are applying more than one place)
Good luck.
