My parents are divorced. Whenever it asks questions about my parents (e.g. on the expected resources section and on the supplemental questions), does it only refer to the parent whom I am staying with? My dad is involved in some real estate stuff but I'm living with my mom.

I’m pretty sure you have to include both parents. I live with my mother, whose income is below the poverty line. My father, on the other hand, makes well over 300k per year. I really wish that I could use my mother’s income for financial aid, considering how stingy my father is about expensive tuitions at schools who will no doubt refuse to give me much money on his income. I could be wrong, but I’ve been told you must include both parents, assuming your father also supports you financially.

If your parents are divorced you only put your custodial parent (and spouse if she has remarried). This is true for both FAFSA and Profile. If your college requires the Non Custodial Profile then your other parent (dad in this case) would fill out that form. Not all schools require the Non-Custodial Profile - check your schools’ requirements. Some schools have their own forms for the non-custodial - again check each schools’ website.

So for the supplemental questions, I provide only information on my mom?

I would say yes unless there is a question that specifically asks for information regarding the Non-custodial parent.

I think i will provide information about your dad, you should first know the valid reason of divorce.
