It seems that the deadline to apply to most summer programs have already passed.

Do you guys know of any that haven't? Please help me out!

And when you post about the program, please let me know the approximate cost and whether it's humanities or science oriented (I'm interested in both!).

Thanks!

Specifically, I'm interested in research programs and leadership programs.

But everything else is good too!

bumppppppppppppppppppp

most of the leadership programs i was invited to seemed to have rolling admissions- were you invited to anything? research is pretty popular and those might have been swept up quickly.

Well, the leadership programs like Global Leaders or National Youth Leadership Conference are so expensive. Is there anything like those but don't cost as much?

UPenn biomedical research program thats what im doing. you can apply regular decision

Is your state college in or near your town? For example, I'm near University of Maryland, and their programs are really expensive, but once you break things down into housing and food (and don't stay there), it's not bad at all. It seems that the bulk of program costs are room and board, so if you can find something in your town (or a town where a relative lives) it will be much cheaper.

thanks KLee0891! i googled it, but it's sooo expensive! so i don't think i can do it. looks interesting though!

thanks for the reply princessbell! unfortunately, there are no programs at colleges near where i live. =(

most of these programs are expensive, but then again college is expensive. These programs cater to the well off. You can apply for financial aid (although they dont give much for summer programs)
