<p>D took SAT in 8th grade. I wonder if there is a rule of thumb for how much her score will improve as when she takes it as a senior. One thought I had is that if she was at x-percentile in 8th grade, she will have a score close to the same percentile for seniors. But the population taking the test is a little different. Which will typically increase more, M or V? I suspect change in math depends on what classes has had-- in geometry when took in April 8th grade, currently sophomore in pre-cal.</p>
