Do you need to send in proof along with your application for the activities you've listed?

no. if they get suspicious, they’ll call the school and find out

Planning on forging activities?

Anyway, no colleges generally don’t ask for proof. They take your word for granted unless something seems out of place.

Generally, no. I know the UC’s randomly audit some kids to verify that they did so-and-so in a club or did x hours of community service helping out at the soup kitchen etc. But anyway before you submit your app you have to sign that all the info in your app and true blah blah blah. If they find out you lied, you will get your acceptance receded. If you’re already in college/graduated from college, you get kicked out or get your degree revoked. So case in short, don’t lie on your application.

I wasn’t planning to. I just wanted to make sure so I don’t make a mistake and NOT send in proof.

Sorry for jumping to conclusions. But generally, the less paperwork the college has to deal with, the better. If they want clarification on something, they’ll ask. Best of luck to wherever you’re applying. :)
