PSAT 2011 Wednesday General Discussion

the answer for the circle thing was 28 (E). I got 30, but I realize I forgot to omit perfect squares. :frowning: Darn

^What circle thing?

Can you guys look at this and see what you think? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/college-search-selection/1224385-ideal-hypothetical-college-admissions-process.html</a>
thanks

^ A venn diagram in which the numbers in set a were between 10 and 100, inclusive, numbers in set b were multiples of 3, and numbers in set c were squares of integers.

What would have happened if College board gave 30 as an option? O:

@Mascara If they gave 30 as an option I would have gotten it wrong!

Anyone know the answer to the very last question in the grammar sec.? It was like what would be best to add to the 2nd paragraphā€¦

Im panicking about that one math problem i changed from right answer to wrong answerā€¦ Save me from panicking

Well thank you guysā€¦I just realized I didnā€™t make NMS based on the answers you guys gaveā€¦well at least I thinkā€¦I read like maybe like 2 of them.

Pretty sure the last grammar question was to add reasons why readymades are appealing.

And if it makes you feel any better, I changed from right to wrong answer at the last second on not one, but TWO math questions.
Probably gonna miss NMSF because of those two questions. /:

How many did you guys get ā€˜no errorsā€™ for?
i got 2. . . .
it was like the fourth or the fifth and the last one.

I got 3 no errors

DO you remember which ones?

2 no errors

Anyone remember the options for the ā€œvulgar massesā€ quotations question?

^ Do you remember any other options

For the combining sentences on the Writing section, what did anyone get for the third to last: the combining sentences one?

I got E and If i got it wrong then that is 3 wrong for writing and good bye NMSFā€¦ :/

How did the problem look like?

B: ā€œfeelings toward the painting, it did not matter with things [blah, blah, blah]ā€

E: ā€œfeelings toward paintings, they [blah blah blah]ā€

I really want to say that I put down B. One was ā€œhe wanted his interests clearly blahahaā€ while E was ā€œhis clear interestā€ which didnā€™t make sense in context. D:

I could be wrong, though.

Was the last question in tje grammar like how to make readymades more appealing?
