I do. (10 char)

What's 10 char?

wow naidu, talk about modest jk**

=================================================================

assassin, you need a minimum of 10 characters to post, so a simple answer of yes doesnt work

thats why you add the (10 char)

you need ten characters to post, so if you have less than ten you write next to it and you can post

I had to do a lot of hard work to get those EC's on top of that I am taking 2 Ap classes and self-studying 4 so that I can get the National Scholar award before junior year. I am going Crazy!

um... okay

pssteveryone shun the nerd! flee from her mighty intellectual wrath*

just kidding wit ya naidu

Wait, so if you do 8 APs by Senior year you won't be eligible for national scholar? It has to be by junior year?

no, but if you don't have it before Junior year, you won't get to put it in your resume

ya know its funny, whenever indians discuss these standardized tests, we always say we have to do well b/c otherwise our parent(s) will kill us

how much earlier is early decision compared to regular decision then?

I noticed that too

about a month for most colleges assassin

by the time I graduate there will be early decisions for some ivy leagues and maybe by the time assassin gets in most good colleges will stop early.

They all follow Harvard like a bunch of sycophants

Well thats gay b/c the only ones i can do for sure or have done by then are (well not done, b/c i'll still be in my junior year doing them):
AP Bio
AP Chemistry
AP Calculus AB (but they only count BC)
AP Macroeconomics

I'm applying on Feb 11 to JHU to take AP Pscychology and AP Microeconomics as well.

I greatly admire your self-studying for 4 AP courses. I certainly wouldn't have the dedication for that.

I wonder, do you think it seriously affects your college admission chances if you "only" get Honor or Distinction instead of National? I think that colleges can tell by your previous performances how you will do on your senior year APs, even if there IS that chance the applicant will get a 3, 2, or 1. Is 5,5,5,5,5,5,5,3 (no National) that much different from 5,5,5,5,5,5,5,4?

na, but just to be on the safe side

maybe those triple posts were why i couldn't post for 5 minutes

lol probably!
