I attend a virtual charter school and took the PSAT test in October 2015 at a local high school that administered the test. I was to receive an e-mail from Collegeboard providing me with an access code to retrieve the scores. If not, I was to e-mail my guidance counselor. I have not received the access code and my guidance counselor informed me that they do not have the access codes since their school does not administer the test.
Have any other students attending virtual schools had a similar experience with retrieving their scores online? Should I be able to retrieve the access code from the school that administered my test? I would greatly appreciate any feedback or suggestions.
Yes, this was our experience as well. We created an account for my daughter and initially there were no scores. We went through the steps indicated to add scores which involves entering the specific test access code (which we didn’t have) or her student ID number (which we tried but didn’t work). However, an hour or so later her scores were not showing up on her account. So go ahead and make an account and check back in a bit and hopefully your scores will have been matched to your account.
