PSAT Scores Not Available? 2015

Why does it say that it doesn’t have my scores? It’s asking me for a code! What do I do?

The code will be e-mailed to you by tomorrow as I was advised by one of their Support Center Reps. All you can do is wait. I just got my code this morning.

Hope I get mine soon! Thanks

So, students are being emailed codes and then they use the code to get their PSAT scores. Is this a new method?

Are people having trouble? My nephew says that he and his pals can only see their score from soph year, not their jr year PSAT.

I did not even receive an email with a code. Don’t know what’s going on. @mom2collegekids

M2CK: In past years, there wasn’t a method to get scores online. You got your scores when the school gave you the paper report. Now, scores are available online, as long as you have an access code. As I understand it, The College Board (TCB) did not send codes prior to the first day of online viewing (Jan. 7). Instead, they planned to trickle out codes via e-mail between Jan. 7-9, according to a rep I spoke to from their customer support center. I presume this was to try to control the number of people trying to log on to their servers by spreading them out over three days to prevent a denial of service situation.

As for your nephew and his pals, my guess is that their junior scores may have been put into new, but separate, accounts that will require assistance from TCB to merge them into one account for each student. The same thing happened to my son a few years back with regard to his AP test scores. If they haven’t already done so, the boys should probably call TCB support center at 866-433-7728 to see if somebody can help.

Actually I logged into my acvount and upsated my information and it showed me my score.

Just in case someone else has this problem, sometimes when I have gone back in to look at the scores, they seem to be gone. I have to log out and then log back in to see them.
