taken 10 16 13. are scores uploaded to TCB website prior to them arriving at my high school? or are scores not added on TCB website until i enter the code from the high school scores.

I was told this week by my D’s high school counselor that the scores are available online about two weeks after the test, even though the “official word” from the College Board is that scores are available in December and distributed to the high schools on paper. Does anyone know how to access these scores? We entered last year’s PSAT quickstart code, but that only caused our online CB account to show last year’s (2012) scores, not this year’s. As I understand from other threads, you get a new quickstart code every year.

I heard from our community’s (extremely reliable) busybody that PSAT scores became available yesterday (10/31/2013), but I checked our College Board account and they do not appear there. I emailed the guidance counselor to ask how to retrieve the scores online, and her reply email repeated the official “6-8 weeks” line. The fact that she would tell us in person that the scores take two weeks and then repeat the official line in an e-mail tells me that the 2-week thing must be the truth.

If anyone has information on how to access PSAT scores early online, please share.
