PSAT Writing Curve?

So on my PSAT grading sheet, it says that out of the 39 total writing questions, I got 2 incorrect and left none omitted. As a result, this score is a 720.

Is it just me or is that a little bit low for only getting 2 wrong? Is the curve really that high?
I know that the PSAT is graded differently than the SAT, and there wasn't an essay.

Any ideas?

I know it seems harsh, but my daughter got the same 2 wrong/0 omitted on the Oct 2011 PSAT and scored 71!

3 wrong with a 68!

Yes, the writing curve was brutal. For the 700s range, 1 point lost = 5 scaled score drop.
