Pseudo-International looking to be chanced for Penn, Brown, and Columbia

I'm a US citizen, but I've lived in India most of my life, and I'm applying from here. I wanted to know what my chances were for Penn and Brown in particular.

I feel my strengths are my subject rigor. In junior year, I took the full IB diploma with Physics, Chemistry, and Math HL, and self studied AP Histories on the side. That also led me to slightly mess up my 11th finals in IB, giving me a 37/42 with two 5s (equivalent of Bs) in my tests-hence my main weakness, junior year GPA.

Objective:
• SAT I super score: 2240(CR-750, M-760, W-730, Essay 7/12)

• ACT: 33(E-35, M-34, R-35, S-29, Essay:11/12)

• Grades:
10th-ICSE(Indian board): 95% cumulative, 96.4% best 5 aggregate.
11th-37/42 at IB with 777655
12th-41/42 predicted with 777776

• AP (place score in parentheses): World History(5), European History(5) (self-studied)

• Senior Year Course Load: Full IB Diploma

• Academic honors: National Merit Finalist, Merit award for ICSE and ICSE-9th

Hi - although you are a US citizen, you will likely be compared to non-citizen Indians for the purposes of admissions.

Your course rigor is quite nice, as well as your standardized test scores. The low GPA is somewhat compensated by your IB course load.

The rest of your ECs look fine. I assume you are interested in politics/history as a potential major (model UN seems to be your major EC). If so a large part of whether or not you are admitted depends on how your stats/interests are presented. Good luck
