I see so much about the best EC's being things that make the admissions officers question how it occurred, thus making you an interesting person. But my question is, what if those things aren't an accurate representation?

For example, my EC's consist of musically inclined activities. For instance, I dedicate almost ALL of my time, which can sometimes lead to about 56 hours of musically involved activities in a week. (Musical, Dance, Choir, etc.)

So, my EC's aren't exactly awe inspiring, I'm not a nationally ranked science Olympiad, or something, but I love what I do.

I guess my question is, will this be held against me? What can I possibly do to make it more "awe" inspiring when I love the activities I participate in already.
