Quarter vs. Semester System

<p>I am a parent - </p>

<p>Have just realized that California has the quarter system...........</p>

<p>Rising senior HS son is interested in CS or CE with Business bent so wondering if it is going to be hard keeping up with the quarter system, esp when one has to take plenty of Math/CS courses.</p>

<p>Any thoughts? Thanks.</p>

<p>Not ALL California schools have the quarter system.</p>

<p>UC Merced and UC Berkeley are on semesters.</p>

<p>Check each school.</p>
