<p>I recently got an offer from Bilkent University in Ankara, Turkey. After the 40% tuition waiver I have to pay $8000. Now I am confused about going there or not as I have heard from few people that they send you back after you graduation and in that case I have to find work in Pakistan and I personally believe that degrees from local universities would have greater value then my Turkish degree. Please give your opinions about this and do tell if turkish university degrees have good worldwide recognition or not.</p>
<p>P.S I would be pursuing bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Computer Engineering.</p>
