Do only low income students receive QuestBridge scholarships? Is there a point in applying if you're not a low income student?

Yes

No

what???????

No, that's not true.
It also depends on whether you're first generation, merit, etc.

"National College Match Program

The QuestBridge National College Match helps high-achieving low-income high school seniors gain admission and full four-year scholarships ..."

ok that's what i thought

Yup...generally, it's for low income students who excell in school. For some reason, people keep saying that some kids with 60,000 have gotten the scholarship. Very twisted in my opinion.

The reason people say that is because they've read the Questbridge site and found the data there. Not twisted at all.

yea, family circumstances and other things depend too.

it's more financial than anything else
