Okay so here it is:
I was a finalist for QuestBridge program but I found out today that I wasn't matched.
I ranked Yale and Brown only (because I'm not a permanent resident...).

Anyways, I was wondering, for the partner schools that I will be applying to through RD, should I go through QB or Common App.

First of all, I feel like my QB essays could be improved, and if sent, could be a disadvantage. On the other hand, I still can edit my Common App essays, including the Supplements.

Second of all, will my chances of getting financial aid from the partner colleges decrease if I only indicate that I was a finalist yet do not forward my QB app?

So in general, will forwarding my QB app be an advantage, or is just indicating that I was a finalist enough for the admissions officers?

And if I do happen to send in my Common App only, what happens to the colleges that said "forward your QB app for your application," such as Wesleyan and Northwestern?

Please feel free to PM me if you need any clarifications. I'll also post this on a different discussion page.

Thank you very much in advance.
