This morning when I was checking my status, I noticed that the pictures and details have changed to Harrisburg. A bit of reading online led me to believe that I've been accepted, but into an alternate campus. I'm not surprised at all because I applied very late - sometime in the first week of February.

Now, my question is, how do I go about changing to UP? Will calling up admissions and asking them to transfer me to the DUS help?

You could call and ask to be switched to DUS but I wouldn’t expect much. Generally the DUS switch works best with engineering majors and business majors. No harm in having them reevaluate you though, they may find their yield is lower than anticipated and would welcome more to UP.

Do you think I could possibly get them to admit me to UP with CS? What are the odds? Also, if I do get into DUS at UP, how hard would it be to transfer to CS? And in the event that I don’t get into DUS, do I get my original offer back or how does it work?

very low to get into CS at UP - they already rejected you for that. If you were to get into DUS you can take the same classes and you just wait until you’re a sophomore to declare your major is all. If you were to not get into UP still, your original offer would still be there.
