One of the questions asks "have you ever been cited, arrested, convicted, or fined for any violation of law?

So does speeding tickets count? Even the parking citation I got at school? just curious

From what I have heard, you have to document EVERYTHING. Including the parking citation. Others might be able to confirm this for me. I figure it would be way better to err on the safe side, than to be potentially accused of misrepresenting your record.

So do I have the department to send the documents directly to West Point or do I attach with the Candidate Personal Data record document?

I personally did not have anything such as a ticket to worry about regarding the Candidate Personal Data/Activities Record. It may not be an opportune time, but calling your admissions officer would be a good idea. Great Lakes commander MAJ Freds (845) 938-5728, California for you would be MAJ Houston (845) 938-5719.
