<p>My nephew was in your shoes last year. He was CAPP’d but appealed. His appeal was denied. I think he had to wait awhile. He decided not to accept CAP and is going to a small school in the north. The city is having its third snowiest winter ever! He is still upset at UT.</p>
<p>Will he transfer I had lots of new info on my essay and explained strenuous circumstances (abusive controlling dad) our info social security bank account etc, was stolen</p>
<p>No, he’s going to stay at his school. Mainly because he wants to major in business, and he doesn’t think he could get into that school at UT.</p>
<p>All you can do is wait. No point trying to guess what will happen.</p>
