Hi , my question is ,
If an out-of state or an international student gets Regent's and Chancellor's Scholarship at UC Berkeley , will the scholarship cover the non-resident student supplemental? If yes , How much aid can an out-of state of an international student get?
Thank you!

hi i emailed the person that is the contact person for the scholarship and this is what she said: All students who apply to UC Berkeley are automatically considered for the scholarship. This includes entering from high school students, out-of-state students, transfer students, and international students.

Students who are selected and offered the Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholarship are granted a financial award to meet their total financial need as determined by the Financial Aid and Scholarships Office, or an honorary award of $2,500 per academic year for those with no financial need.

Citizenship Requirements: U.S. citizens, eligible non-citizens and international students with valid visa are eligible for the monetary award of the Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholarship. If documentation cannot be produced you may be eligible for the monetary award once you complete a separate financial aid application for undocumented students.

Please refer to the 2013-14 RC Terms and Conditions, items 4 through 8, for details.

I hope this answers your question. Please let me know if you need further clarification. Thank you.
