UC Berkeley Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholarship

I was wondering if anyone on here has previously received the Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholarship at UCB or at other UCs and what type of qualifications you had in order to be awarded the scholarship. I want to get the Regents scholarship to attend UCB or UCLA in the fall of 2014 and the description for who gets selected for this scholarship I believe fits me perfectly but I want to get a feel for what my chances are

So quickly, I am a transfer student from City College of San Fran, 23 years old, dropped out of high school at 11th grade officially, due to the fact that I am undocumented and the state I lived in did not offer in state tuition for students like me so I decided to become a full time nanny. Grades in High school were straight Fs except first semester of high school. Got my GED at 21, enrolled at CCSF a few months later.
by the end of my time at ccsf, I will have a 3.94 gpa, my major is anthropology, have done 5 classes with honors in order to be UCLA TAP certified, 1 honor project for cultural anthro (my major) I conducted an ethnography of day laborers, also will have biological anthro honors credit for the class. Volunteer at the Center for Juvenile and Criminal Justice, providing care for children whos parents are involved with the courts.
Have taken mostly classes that supplement my major, Of course have overcome extreme difficulties at as undocumented but still have managed to have an outstanding academic record all the while working 30 hours a week and paying out of state tuition despite living in california for years.

There are 60,000 applicants to UCB per year, and 200 are awarded this scholarship, so the selectivity is 0.3%.

well im a “shoe in” going into berkeley so im really just having to compete with the top 1% of the admitted class which i think Im in. I just want specifics stats from people to see what is the competition like.
