Question about chancellor's and regents

Hi Friends! I am from India.
I want to ask something about Regent's and Chancellor's Scholarship of UC Berkeley.
1-How much Grades and SAT scores are needed to get that prestigious scholarship?
2-How much an International student can get financial aid with this scholarship?
(The One who needs aid)

Please help me!

1 - There is no particular cutoff point for grades or SAT scores. Other factors are considered in awarding the scholarship as well.

From the Berkeley website:

“The Faculty Committee selects candidates on the basis of the information available on their UC Application for Undergraduate Admission, including GPA and SAT test scores. Other factors that may be considered include: the application personal statement, extracurricular activities, academic potential, evidence of overcoming personal hardship, and other academic or personal qualities that would make a distinctive contribution to the campus.”

2 - The monetary award depends upon financial need. Need is determined by filling out the FAFSA. Be aware though, that institutional funds are not available to cover the out of state supplement which is nearly $24,000 per year.

From the Berkeley website:

" International Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholars are eligible for a need-based Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholarship. International students need to complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online (if you have a Social Security Number) or submit a paper FAFSA to the Undergraduate Scholarships, Prizes, and Honors Office. The FAFSA information is used to determine financial need. If we need additional documents, we will contact you. International students should direct their questions about the FAFSA to the Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholarship Coordinator at uspho@berkeley.edu."
