Question about Chinese/Korean SAT!

I am of asian decent, but ever since I moved to the U.S., I've forgotten some of my Korean and Chinese. I am semi-illiterate in both (but more fluent in Chinese because I've taken some classes in highschool). I'm thinking about taking either one of the listening sat tests, but still undecided whether it is worth it or not. So far I've taken Korean 1, Chinese 1 and Chinese 2H and I'm pretty comfortable with the listening. So for those of you who have taken either one of them, how hard was it? It is a must to get an 800 (and would a 750 hurt)? Also what is your language background of either language. Thanks

i didn't bother taking the official chinese SAT II, just did some practice tests and moved on to AP chinese, but from the practice tests i found you really don't need to do much reading, just be fluent in listening to conversations and reading signs, that kind of stuff
