SAT II- Chinese with Listening..Help?!?

The Chinese SAT II is coming up this Sat. I've done two practice tests on the CollgeBoard Blue Book (SAT II one). However, I do not know what to expect on the listening section. Has anyone taken this test before? What is the listening part like? What are the types of questions?

haha im a native speaker, and i dare not go take the test. Gl to you

how does the test look like?

im a korean and took the korean test...
the way i studied was just go to barnes and noble on friday and read the all satII from collegeboard(or something similar) and got 800..

but if you are a native speaker..it gets pretty nasty...

the listening part is more like a daily conversation between two ppl.
if you can communicate in chinese, then i don't think the listening part should be a problem.

yeah, listening part is really easy if u r native speaker
after a short conversation, it will ask u questions about the conversation...
pretty easy though..good luck!

Thanks guys!

Why would it be nasty to a native speaker?

i;m taking the chinese tommarow, i found listening samples on the internet and they were pretty easy, i speak chinese with my parent at home. i have a vocab level of a second grade chinese student...or less, and i got through the CB practice questions easily. i;m pretty confident, just reading some old text book and brushing up on some vocab, but the margin or error is almost none. what is the curve on this test btw?

I think 0-1 wrong is 800, 2 wrong 790, 3 wrong 780..and so on....

The curve is pretty harsh.

that's so mean...omg i pray this isn't true. i thought the test was harder than i expected....
