Question about majors with extra requirements!

<p>I understand that getting into ASU is one thing, however getting into a Business, journalism or engineering major is another.</p>

<p>When they set the requirements for these majors, do they take in account fresh and soph college grades along with high school gpa… or what? I’m not sure how that works…</p>

<p>Are you talking about applying to upper division? A lot of the programs at ASU have lower division (pre-professional) and upper division (professional). When you apply to upper division, they only look at you ASU grades, for the most part, and usually an essay or something. That depends on the major.</p>
