Requirements for ASU?

I am currently a high school student in California that is looking at potential colleges with a good business program. I plan to major in business management. I saw that Arizona State University has a very good business program and was wondering what the requirements are.

By the end of my junior year, I plan to have an unweighted GPA of about 3.2-3.3.

I have a few questions about getting accepted into ASU:

  1. Is hard to get accepted to ASU as an OOS applicant?
  2. Is it true that you are ‘automatically’ in if you have above a 3.0 GPA?
  3. Is the management major competitive/impacted?

Answers to these questions would be much appreciated!

Have you tried calling admissions and asking them these questions?

  1. It isn’t very hard to get into ASU no matter who is applying. ASU accepts the majority of applicants, whether IS or OOS, so long as you meet the minimum requirements posted on their website.
  2. I believe there are standards for auto-admitting students, but a 3.0 GPA is only a part of that. Once again, you can check the requirements for the College of Business on the ASU website.
  3. Don’t really have experience here, sorry. :frowning:
