So I recently got an email saying I need to payoff my Cars Bill by Aug 15. My Cars Bill says I owe $7,425.00 and the minimum payment is $7,425.00 so I was wondering how I can use my financial aid to pay that off? I believe my financial aid covers all of my tuition and registration fees at a minimum.

Also, I signed up for EFT well before Aug. 1 but it's still not active. Is this normal?

Yeah, I’m really confused how this whole process works. It even says there’s a $150 late registration fee if a payment isn’t made by Aug 15. It says the minimum payment that must be made is $7,425.00 (my entire balance), and obviously there’s no way I can afford that. I know for sure my tuition and registration fees are covered by grants.

the late fee isn’t assessed right away, furthermore anyone with FA that covers at least the tuition/housing won’t be bothered as that will pay your charges. They are habitually late but since it is one hand being late paying the other hand, it won’t affect you. Check with the FA office if you are not sure that they are going to be covering your costs, but as long as FA says they will pay, it will happen and the CARS system will be patient

FA office will issue automatic payments to your CARS account. This will occur about 10 days (according to FAO) before classes start. Don’t worry about late fees.
