really? I kinda do. I told my mother that if I'm dying in a hospital bed, for whatever reason, to please place a fan in front of me. I will NOT die sweating. Eww.

Definitely bring some warm cloths - layers are the key - Check out the averarage monthly highs and lows - you would probably get slighter higher highs and lower lows on top of the mountains.

to answer your questions, it gets cold on the doc trips! i wore my fleece most of the time, and at night i wore underarmour, a long-sleeved shirt, spandex, fleece pants, and a fleece. but i think it was especially cold during our week. follow the guidelines they give you for packing.
the dorms are pretty warm, and you can control the heat in your room. i found them to be comfortable, not too hot or too cold
your bike won't be used too much during winter term, but during fall, spring, and summer terms bikes are pretty convenient.
what kind of boots? make sure you have good snow boots for walking to pretty much everywhere (class, dinner, etc.)
yes, bring gloves!! this is new hampshire! bring gloves, scarves, hats, any winter gear you can find.

i personally think the dorm heaters are too effective, so i slept with the window open a lot of the time during the winter (woke up FREEZING). and the dorms get VERY warm when it's hot out (especially the choates for some reason)...DEFINTELY bring a fan along. a lot of the time the controls for heating in the rooms may be broken, so be prepared to complain to ORL.

i don't think bicycles are necessary. you can't ride them half the year anyhow because of the weather. but it still doesn't hurt to have one. though in general way more people walk around than ride bikes.

and yeah, you should bring everything the trip packing list suggests. i wanted to save space by ignoring what i thought was extraneous, but i ended up having to borrow things from some of my fellow tripees because it DOES get cold at night if not during the day.
