question about pre reqs

<p>I just graduated HS and is attending a CC and plan on transfering to Davis in 2 years. My major is biological science.</p>

<ol>
<li><p>I wanted to know if you had to finish all your GE classes and pre reqs for your major before transfering to Davis?</p></li>
<li><p>Also, if you just do the minimum requirements and transfer to Davis...does that mean your going to be behind in Davis and graduate later?</p></li>
<li><p>And what kind of classes do you exactly take in upper division? Are they all your classes just for your major?</p></li>

<li><p>Yes you should, you need 60 units, you might as well get all your preqs and IGETC done. </p></li>
<li><p>No. min requirements are 60 units, which would put you as a Junior come transfer time. Unless you change majors you will be on track to graduate in 2 years or maybe 2 years and a summer. </p></li>
<li><p>Usually yes. Your major may require you to also take courses outside of your major for graduation.</p></li>
