Question about sat/act

i’m in a bad situation. i’m guessing these questions have been asked before but i’m freaking out and need a clear answer.

i just got my sat score (V:750 M:800 W:620!!!) and as you can see my writing score is quite bad. it actually went down from 650.
i sent this already along with pretty good SAT 2s and now i’m freaking out because of the writing score.

Q1: would they just look at the 650 instead of the 620, or consider both??
Q2: does the fact that my score went down reflect very badly or would they understand it as an unlucky circumstance?
Q3: if i got a better score on the ACT(35), do they put more emphasis on the ACT score or does my SAT still hurt me just as much??

thank you for any response. now i’m going to have to go buy a pound of chocolate and ice cream since i’ve pretty much eaten everything in my kitchen in the past hour.

Stop freaking out. Your SAT scores are fine. My writing went down 70 points! They will consider the highest one.
I doubt it reflects badly. SAT scores are not everything. Check out the incoming student profile here http://www.admissionsug.upenn.edu/applying/profile.php

While 28% scoring a 750+ in writing was admitted, 17% scoring a 650-690 was admitted.

The difference is 11%. So only 11% more students scoring a 750+ was admitted.

As you can see SATscores are not everything.

If you got a 35 ACT you should only submit that.

well, he needs to send II's.
