<p>I was looking at some scholarships that are for Hispanics... some said that you have to be 1/2 or more Hispanic, but some said 'Of Hispanic Heritage'. Does that mean you have to be 100% or that you consider yourself to be of Hispanic Heritage?</p>
<p>My guess is the latter, but to be sure you’ll need to contact each scholarship program and ask them for their definition of ‘Hispanic Heritage’.</p>
