Question about selecting racial categories for apps

<p>I'm starting my apps and one section asks "Please select the racial category or categories with which you most closely identify. Check as many as apply"</p>

<p>I am half Hispanic and a little less than half cacuasian. Throughout my entire life I have only identified myself as Hispanic because I have always been very proud of my Hispanic heritage. Can I select to identify myself only as Hispanic?</p>

<p>yes. I believe if you are over a quarter of a certain race you can qualify. You can definitely identify as hispanic</p>
