I will take 5 classes in senior year

AP. French
AP. Calculus
AP. Physics
AP. Enlgish
Economics

Would Admission officers consider that I am slacking off because I am taking only 5 classes?

Sounds like you need it. =)

More seriously, how many free blocks does this leave you with? At least add a gym class or something in the Arts. Isn't there a history class you could take?

You people need to give more damn information. How many periods do you have? Some schools only have 5 periods. Some have 6. Mine has 7. Some have 8.

Our school has 7 periods.
Should I add something more? ex) Band/ Drama

And we consider Economics as History....

Wooh I'm taking the exact same APs as you! I'm pretty much already planning my funeral. As for your question, I'm also taking an additional English class and a history/social science class, but our situations might not be comparable.

I think you're fine. Most colleges only require 2-3 years of history and economics is a social studies class.. if you decide to add a class though, make sure it is a purposeful one, not physical education (how could this POSSIBLY help!?) or art (if you're not into it).

thank you guys!
