Senior Schedule

I am applying to top colleges this fall and wanted to check about whether or not my senior schedule is rigorous enough. Here it is:

AP English Lit
AP Spanish Lit
AP Physics C (Two periods at my school)
AP Computer Science
Economics (half-year; required gym other half)
Band

I know I have plenty of APs but I'm worried about covering my subject areas when it comes to college apps. I don't have a math because I finished all the courses my school offers and can't make it to a community or local college; however, I do have AP Comp Sci, which is kind of close. Also, I don't have a social studies class other than half a year of economics. I can take AP World History, but I've heard it's a joke and busy work, I'm not terribly interested in the subject, and taking it would mean losing my lunch. Will colleges still think my schedule is rigorous enough (by the way, I'm looking to major in math/science)?

Your schedule is definitely strong enough; it's not your fault that you can't take any more math classes at your school. Good luck and btw what colleges are you looking at?

Good schedule though as you point out it is lacking a math especially if you want to major in math/science. You could look into taking something online (easy because you do it on your own time) or community college (annoying because it would have to be at night). I don't think the lack of a SS course is as serious. Plus, my school counts economics as a type of SS, go figure.

because of this statment-"I am applying to top colleges this fall" I strongly recommend you take advanced online math class through EPGY or some other accredited program. Many top students who have taken all their HS offers make the effort to continue their math studies in their senior year. If you want to be more competitive with those students, you should do the same if at all possible.
