<p>I am planning to submit my applications to Cornell, NYU, Syracuse, U of Miami, and U chicago. As everybody knows the deadline is January 1st for some and January 2nd for others, however my question is are the supplements due on the same date?</p>

<p>Everything is due on the same date. Colleges might be lenient for materials received slightly (one week or so) after the deadline if it is beyond your control, such as transcripts or LOR. However, even these should be on time if you have planned ahead and requested them months ago (and followed up with confirmation of their submittal prior to Christmas break).</p>
<p>At Cornell and UChicago, just picking two from your list, they will accept only 10-20% of applicants. Don’t give them an easy reason to eliminate you by missing the deadline.</p>
