Question about taking a class I did not put under "planned"

Hello everyone! First off, I wanna congratulate everyone for getting admitted to the UC of your choice, you deserve it!

I recently got admitted to UCLA as a bio-major, but there's a little problem. Before I even considered UCLA, my plan was to go to UCI, therefore, I pretty much followed UCI's requirements. I did not have any plans on taking course over the summer since it wasnt needed for UCI, but now that I got admitted to UCLA, I seriously consider going there instead.
The only difference in their requirements is that UCLA require you to take 2nd semester calculus.

so my question is: Is there anyone out there who knows if you can take a course over the summer at a CC without a chance of getting your acceptance revoked?

Your acceptance would not get revoked but they may not accept the credits. I know Cal lets you take pre-req for your major the Summer before but the IGETC requirements have to be met prior to Summer.

You’re best off just calling and asking if they would accept anything done after Spring semester.

It’s better to take an extra class than to drop one haha
