Question About Transfer Credits

I just transferred this semester to a university from a community college. I am currently taking

Orgo 1
Bio Basic Life Diversity (Plants/Animals)
Calc 2
Gen ed

I have high A's in all classes.

I was a screw off after high school and got awful grades so they show up on my transcript transfer record (Don't show up on my GPA but still visible)

Calc 1 - D+
BIO1510 - Basic Life Mechanisms - C
English Level 2000 (Gen ed.) - C

I think I will have to repeat Calc 1 for sure right? I am not sure about the other two. If I maintain a 4.0 GPA would I still have to repeat these transfer credits with C's on them for medical school?

amcas is still going to calculate the C’s into your gpa, whether you retake or not

So I should not repeat them? You don’t think they will notice I took it over and got an ‘A’ therefore I know the material…

You are expected to get an A the second time you take a class. I would retake the calc class and instead of retaking the other two, just take some other classes you find interesting.

Okay thanks.
