Do I need to have at least +60 transferrable hours to be considered a candidate? Also, can someone tell me what this another language proficiency is about?
Yes, without 60 hours it is an automatic denial. Foreign Language proficiency means exactly that. Most students meet it by taking 2 years of a foreign language in high school. Some take 8 hours in college. Others who are bilingual will take a test to prove that or get a letter from a professor who teaches the language.
