Did all of you guys who applied for Business Econ take these two classes at UCLA?
ECON 11 Microeconomic Theory
ECON 41 Statistics for Economists

I didn't even know we had to take those. I assume if we didn't take those, we can't get accepted? I filled all other requirements.

Those are classes that are required for admission into the major once you have been admitted into UCLA. UCLA will admit you as a pre-BizEcon major and you have to petition for the major once you are enrolled in those two classes at UCLA. I think you have to get something like a 3.0 in those two classes once you're in UCLA to get into bizecon.

Those two classes are not articulated at any community colleges outside of De Anza College (as far as I know..and they only have the stats class offered every 2-3 years).

Shortlist: you're fine as long as you've fulfilled the other req's
