Question about UC Schools and my SAT scores

I took the SAT twice, once in May (710 CR/720 M/630 W) and once in December (640 CR/780M/700 W).

I just have a few questions because I’m not too sure myself.

Am I able to choose only one of the scores? Or do I have to send both and they look at the higher compostite of the two?

If I am able to choose only one score, which score should I choose?

I know UC schools don’t superscore, but how will my score decrease in Critical Reading harm my admission if I were to apply to Berkeley or Los Angeles?

UC requires all test scores to be sent and don’t superscore, so your December scores would be counted.
