Transfer student, history major.I am done with my common application for Southern Cal but I had a couple questions to ask before I submit it. I was looking at the "Transfer Planning Guide and it states "This Transfer Planning Guide is for an institution with which USC has an articulation agreement and is only valid for courses taken during the 2013-14 academic year". Now the 2013-2014 academic year is what throws me off a bit. I have taken courses prior to this term, so I am unsure if I have met their requirements. I have 67 transferable college units. However, I viewed the the "GENERAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS -- COMPLETE ONE COURSE FROM EACH OF THE FOLLOWING SIX CATEGORIES"and it appears I am missing some courses. Should I still apply? The only thing that throws me off is that the program appears to be set just for that 2013-2014 year, not when I was enrolled in the course. Thank you for your time.

USC doen’t require you to complete all the GE’s before transferring. The only ones you have to have done for sure are Math and English.
