Are you able to use the number they sent you with your confirmation email to sign in on the NYU website?

I tried. No luck. I don’t think they set that up until after you send in your deposit and official acceptance.

Thanks.
So that plan fails.
Plan B: do you think they would tell me if I got accepted or not over the phone?
I doubt it but I am willing to try ANYTHING at this point. It is driving me crazy.

Also, It was through UPS right?

nooo, i got it regurlar mail, usps

They definitely will not tell you over the phone, unfortunately.

what does “regular mail, ups” mean? is it the prior or later?

he said usps = us postal service, not ups

The wait is obviously affecting my ability to read, sorry. Was everyone else in the same boat?

Yeah, USPS First Class in Maryland.

USPS here as well. I believe NP1 claimed he got his letter via FedEx. So not sure how that works.

I think it depends on which school you applied to. Mine came in regular USPS mail, but other people on here claim to have received it by other methods. I did CAS ED.

Where the heck are you that you haven’t received your letter yet? I would definitely call NYU to make sure your letter is still on its way, because as other people on this forum have stated, all the ED letters have been mailed.

Some have not been mailed. From the NYU Undergraduate website:

“The majority of admissions decisions for Early Decision applicants were mailed on December 10th and 11th. (Please note that we said “the majority” and not “all”.) The remaining decisions should be in the mail by December 18th.”
