So I'm trying to figure out my schedule, and every god damn class is on a M,W, and F. It's really annoying...

Anyway, I would like to hear your opinions about the courses ME 211, 240, and 250 and their respective lectures/discussions, if you don't mind and remember.

I've only been here 2 semesters, but there are definitley classes I like having an hour before (like an hour in between two classes) to study for a quiz/exam or sure up some HW. The problem now is my M,W,F's are packed and I can't afford to do that with all of them. So, any suggestions regarding this or the courses in general?

Oh, and I think I am gonna take MA 417 as well. It actually doesn't seem that bad and I took Linear Algebra in HS but didn't get credit for it cuz the standard for a "college course" are stupid

if u have prof barber, take good notes in class, you can skip 211 discussions (I showed up to the first one, and never did again)
240 doesn’t have discussion i dont think, but lecture’s pretty important.

ME250, I suggest not showing up at all even though the lecture is somewhat interesting. There is only 1 exam(10%) and there’s really not a way to study for it because you take it at the very end of the semester. Just make sure you don’t get a bunch of losers on your team for your project.

If I don’t have to go to the 250 Lectures that means I don;t have class on tuesday or thursday… hurray!

I heard the best 211 prof was Wineman so I am gonna try to register for his class.

Yeah, 240 is just 3, 1.5 hour lectures.

How my schedule looks now skipping 211 discussion would let me end my day an hour earlier on Wed, instead of ending at 4:30. I could go though, no big deal.

It sounds like 250 is really time intensive. So I am a little worried mixing that with 2 other ME courses and MA 417, but I think it’s doable
