Hello, I am a soph. transfer student to SEAS this year,
looking to transfer to the dual degree program w/ wharton.
Are the course requirements only
econ 001, 002 and Math 104?
or do i have to take accounting and bpub as well?

i am not sure. but i think if you are a sohpmore right now and want to transfer into wharton your junior year, i think you need at least most of the business fundamentals done. again, im not sure, but maybe some of the more experience penn students c an help you

Once you transfer into Penn I'm fairly certain you cannot transfer/dual into any other school at Penn. Because you transfered into SEAS I'm pretty sure you cannot dual with any other school.

fortunately, as you're a sophomore at penn now, you still have a chance to pursue the dual degree.

(from the site)

External transfer students may apply for the dual degree program after completing two resident semesters at Penn.

* External transfer students can apply for the dual degree program ONLY. They cannot apply for internal transfer.
* External transfer students who are accepted into the dual degree program MUST complete the degree program in their home school and cannot complete their Wharton degree only.
* External transfer students accepted into the junior class at Penn (i.e., students who have already completed two years of college) are NOT eligible to apply for a dual degree with Wharton.

therefore, you must take all of these, since you'd be entering after the fourth semester

After the second semester, the following must be completed:

* Math 104
* Economics 001 and 002

After the third semester, in addition to the previously stated courses, the following must be completed:

* Accounting 101
* Statistics 101 / ESE 301 / STAT 430. Note: If you have STAT 111 from AP/IB credit, you may enroll in the second semester of Statistics. STAT 111 fulfills the STAT 101 requirement after successful completion of second semester Statistics.
* BPUB 250 or ECON 101 (Please check with your home school advisor to ensure that you are meeting the degree requirements for your home school)

After the fourth semester, in addition to the previously stated courses, the following must be completed:

* Accounting 102
* Statistics 102 / ESE 302 / STAT 431

that means I have to take everything LOL
****.
