<p>Webstar keeps giving me errors when I try to register for Statistics. I don't know how long it will do this, so I'm asking those in the know. Do professors at Moorpark let students just show up to the first day of class and add? Or do we legit have to be on some kind of roster?</p>
<p>i personally have never just shown up to a class and become added but i do know that some students have done that in the past. it really depends on if the class is being waitlisted already and if there is room. does the class start tomorrow? if so, try accessing webstar tomorrow and if you are still having problems you might need an add code which you will need to get from the instructor if there is room for you in the class.</p>
<p>It’s a Fall Stats class, so I have time to try to get Webstar to work with me. At Pierce (my main CC), most professors just let kids add but I know that’s not how it works everywhere. Thank you so much!</p>
<p>Did you complete the prerequisite for the class? I go to Ventura College and took stats, I couldnt sign up for it because I didnt have my prereq done, but one way to satisfy it is simply to bring in your high school transcript showing you passed algebra and they will waive the prereq for you.</p>
<p>Sweet. I actually took AP Stat in my senior year (didn’t take the exam though, haha), so that should solve things. I’ll try to get that done this week before all the classes are closed. Thanks!</p>
