So, I had my piano teacher write me a supplemental letter of recommendation for X University. They faxed it out ~2 weeks ago. I found out today that they faxed the identical letter again and ALSO mailed ANOTHER identical letter to the same university. So, in a couple weeks from now, X University will have 3 copies of the same letter, assuming all of them arrived.

This isn't as bad as I'm making it out to be, is it? I don't want it to seem like I'm inadvertently badgering them with (now) useless documents (assuming they already received a copy). Will the admissions office just see, when they open my application to scan the letter in, that there's an identical letter and not do anything, or will admissions officers seriously see 3 of the same letter?
