Question on Early Decision

Hello!

I am planning on applying to Wellesley, but I have a quick question regarding the early decision plan.

It says that I will need to report my quarter 1 grades; however, my counselor told me that the common application does not require it. My school doesn't include my quarter 1 grades in my official transcript too. We don't really have quarters, but have progress reports. Is it the same? If so, my school does not release it after the early admissions deadline.

Is it okay with only my junior-year grades? Can I send my semester 1 grades during January or just my current grades?

Thank you!

Do you get progress reports? Your counselor e-mails a copy of that to the admissions office! Hope that helps.

Does the school directly contact my counselor? My counselor had no idea and didn’t really care about my grades. We do get progress reports, but they are not considered official.

The school would contact your GC directly. They know the quarter grades may be not out by ED deadline.
